Icelandic lamb is mild, tender and sweet - incredibly flavourful without being overpowering. Our lambs are raised outdoors alongside their mothers for the grazing season. The ewes wean their lambs naturally in the fall, and so the lambs grow very quickly on milk and grass. They receive no grain at all. Our lamb is Certified Organic by Quebec Vrai.

We are now taking orders for half- and whole-lambs for the fall. We charge $13.50 per pound based on the weight of the cuts you take home; pickup is at the farm in the fall, and you can pay when you pick up your order. Order early because we typically sell out by butcher time!
